Being able to address problems without fear of judgment, betrayal, argument, defensiveness, or ridicule is important. Nearly everyone wants to feel supported, validated, understood, and even challenged at times. This helps people feel safe, confident, and more capable of solving problems, making decisions, resolving conflict, and more importantly, living a life that is meaningful and satisfying. Living life in a way that honors who you are and who may still become, regardless of what you have been through is possible.

                                         

Individual therapy is designed to give you one-on-one attention, which gives you an  opportunity to connect with your counselor in a safe and accepting environment.

​Group therapy is designed to give individuals a place to connect with others who have similar interests and needs. Individuals within the group are also given opportunities to exchange support in a safe and accepting environment. Adult groups are offered when there is an adequate amount of interest. All groups are facilitated by one of our counselors, and participants have an opportunity to decide what topics and materials would best fit their needs.
